FAQ

Can I add my own music?

Not at the moment, the music has to be recorded and produced in a specific way to work with our format.

I'm a composer, can I make music for Moodelizer Studio?

To create soundtracks you need Moodelizer Composer, our proprietary software that delivers music to Studio. Want to know more? Get in touch at info@moodelizer.com.

Who owns the music?

Moodelizer owns all the rights to the music, and you get a license to use the music in your films. For the full license agreement, see our Terms of Use.

What can I do with the music?

You can use the music freely in any film you create. You can’t repackage or resell the music by itself, or create derivative works. For the full license, see our Terms of Use.

What happens with the music I’ve exported if I cancel my subscription?

You keep all the music you’ve exported, even after you cancel your subscription. You also keep the licenses to the exported music, that lasts forever. For the full license, see our Terms of Use.

Can I use the music for something else than film?

Moodelizer Studio is primarily made for setting music to film, but we’re interested in other ways to use it. If you want to use Moodelizer for something else than film, we’d love to hear about it. Get in touch at info@moodelizer.com.

Which film editing programs does it work with?

Moodelizer Studio works with any film editor that can export to H.264 and import WAV, e.g. Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer.
